With more than 30 years in cloud infrastructure and hyperscale real estate, he specializes in site acquisition, grid engagement, and leasing for GPU-intensive deployments and has worked alongside tech giants including Google, Meta, AWS, Microsoft, Nvidia, CoreWeave, Oracle, Apple and NeoClouds.
